Greg Marangi

Greg has over 30 years of business and human resources leadership experience, 18 of which have been in long-term care environments. He has provided strategic human resources leadership, consulting, and project management to more than 150 business units in all 50 states in healthcare, senior living, education, retail, law enforcement/security, construction, and manufacturing. He specializes in linking people and operational strategies to achieve organizational excellence and unsurpassed customer experience. Greg founded Pinnacle People Development LLC with the mission to help individuals and organizations unleash talent through four pillars of service:

Greg maintains that his greatest love is found within the walls of his own home with his Bride of 32 years and his four amazing children. But, working with individuals and organizations to achieve excellence runs a close second.
Greg is an experienced HR professional who brings a combination of passion for people and understanding of business objectives to create a culture of enthusiasm and discipline.
